Crossfit Classes
Our goal is to deliver a challenging fitness experience that boosts strength, endurance, skill, and mobility. Each one-hour class includes a coach-led warm-up, skill or strength training, and a high-intensity workout. Classes are open to all levels, with workouts easily scalable to fit individual fitness and skill levels.
drop ins
Visiting San Francisco and want to join us for a workout? We welcome drop-ins for any classes or open gym times on our schedule. You can register and pay the $30 drop-in fee by choosing an available day and time you’d like to attend. Registering in advance is appreciated but it is not required, we welcome cash, venmo, and credit cards at the gym as well. Please note drop-in fees are non-refundable
private training
Our trainers are available to work with you individually. We can schedule a few sessions to work on specifics or we can help you create a long term program to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Hyrox & Conditioning
Looking for Hyrox classes in San Francisco? Our one-hour classes focus on conditioning and are suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're training for a Hyrox race or aiming to boost endurance, strength, and overall fitness, these classes are perfect for you.
Open Gym
We have a spacious well equipped facility and would love to have you join us! You’ll never fight for a barbell, platform, squat rack, or pull-up bar. In addition to our main area where we hold CrossFit classes, we also have an extra section with a cable machine, five weightlifting platforms, six more squat racks and plenty of space!
Speed & Strength
This high-intensity class boosts muscle endurance, body composition, and injury prevention while developing power and speed. It combines resistance training with sprints, agility drills, and plyometrics to enhance power, foot speed, and coordination. Perfect for Athletes.
Olympic Weightlifting
We offer this class every Sunday at 9:30am for anyone who wants extra focus and skills practice for the clean & jerk and/or snatch. Each session includes lifting skill review and drills as well as supplemental weightlifting for strength.
Youth Programs
We curate our youth programs towards youths and teens that want to stay active, supplement sport or simply improve speed, power, strength, and/or endurance. We offer private sessions and small group classes for boys and girls of a wide variety of fitness and athletic backgrounds.
Nutrition Counseling
Chances are you may already be doing a lot of the hard work by getting into the gym regularly. While exercise will change your body and help you achieve a stronger, healthier, leaner physique it is only one piece of an overall puzzle. Dialing your nutrition is huge too! We can help get that piece of the puzzle in place.
