If you’re new to CrossFit we offer an intro to lifting course consisting of three one hour sessions in which we introduce you to the basic movements seen in CrossFit workouts.

Small Group Intro to Lifting

New to CrossFit? Join our small group sessions (max 4 people) to learn the foundational movements and get an overview of what to expect in group classes. All fitness levels welcome. Register by clicking the orange button below and selecting "Intro to Lifting."

Private Intro to Lifting

Crossfit Veterans

Experienced CrossFitters are encouraged to join our classes immediately. However, it’s important that you have the ability to comfortably perform the nine foundational movements of CrossFit.

  • Just visit this page and click on the membership you’re interested in. If you are new to CrossFit you must go through our on-ramp program before joining our group CrossFit classes.

  • Visiting San Francisco and want to join us for a workout? We welcome drop-ins for any classes or open gym times on our schedule. You can register and pay the $30 drop-in fee by visiting this page and clicking on the class date and time you’d like to attend. Registering in advance is appreciated but it is not required, we welcome cash, venmo, and credit cards at the gym as well. Please note drop-in fees are non-refundable.

  • Absolutely not! CrossFit is easily scaleable to all levels. We have advanced athletes and novices in the same class, doing the same workout, sometimes just a modified or scaled version. We are here to help scale to your fitness level..

  • Getting “bulky” is hard to do! People spend HOURS in gyms trying to build significant amounts of muscle. Putting the right amount of muscle on your body is a great way to get toned, lean out, and look good. You’ll even burn more calories when you’re not working out. Getting “bulky” is extremely hard work and also requires significantly increasing your caloric intake. High reps at low weight will actually bulk you up more than low reps at high weight.  CrossFit is an extremely effective way to tone up and slim down.   • We do not allow drop-ins to our group classes unless you are an experienced CrossFitter. Our classes often involve skills and technical lifts that need to be learned before hopping right in. Please sign up for a free consultation by clicking here and we’ll set up a time to show you around and answer any questions you have.

  • Yes we have free parking! We also have indoor bike racks and public transportation is very easily accessible on Van Ness Avenue.

  • Unfortunately we do not have showers at this time but hopefully soon!
