7 – deadlifts

8 – OH lunges

9 – OH squats

10 – power snatches

11 – CTB pull-ups

12 – burpees

2 – 2 front rack lunge steps, then 1 ring muscle-up

3 – 3 hang power C&J, then 2 front rack lunge steps, then 1 ring muscle-up

4 – 4 back squats, then 3 hang power C&J, then 2 front rack lunge steps, then 1 ring muscle-up
