Our programming focuses on building strength and technique in the snatch, clean & jerk, and related lifts. Our experienced coaches work directly with members to hone skills and develop mastery of the lifts. We carefully plan each session and teach the fundamentals while allowing our athletes to develop their own workload prescriptions. Our advanced lifters might go heavy and our newer lifters might focus on building form or learning the techniques.
