Group CrossFit Classes

The community aspect of working out with like-minded individuals is effective, fun, and social. At CrossFit Golden Gate you’ll find programming that combines a potent mix of gymnastics, weightlifting, calisthenics, plyometrics, rope climbing, rowing, kettlebells, and running.  Our goal is to provide an engaging and challenging fitness experience that increases your overall fitness, strength, endurance, skill level, and mobility. Each one hour class includes a coach guided warm-up, skill or strength training, and a “workout of the day” to empty the gas tank. Each class is open to all levels of experience and every workout can easily be scaled to an individual’s level of fitness and skill level.
