This strength class led by Giacomo Pizzo is based around resistance training movements including but not limited to the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press. These classes are perfect if you are training for a specific sport or simply wanting to feel better during daily life activities.
Small group training is a very cost-effective way to receive consistent coaching for your lifting. Every lifter receives individualized programming tailored to their personal goals. During classes, the coach provides a very personalized experience with hands on attention during every lift in every class.
Strength classes meet two to three times each week. New trainees must complete an introduction package of two one-on-one sessions where we review technique on each major lift.
Coach Info: Giacomo Pizzo Strength Coach is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has a background in endurance sports, especially cycling, triathlon, and competitive swimming. His primary goal is to teach clients the skills they need to be fit and healthy for life.
