  • Have a plan for your workout, you will have 60 minutes to warm up and workout. There will be a recommended warm up and workout on the board daily, and posted online so you can check in advance, be efficient when you are in. You will not be permitted to stay longer than one hour as there may be a group coming in after you.
  • Spray every single thing you touch when you are done working out. Sanitize everything out of respect to other members.
  • If you plan on doing pull-ups or TTB, pick a station with a bar that fits your height! You cannot stray from your station to use a different pull-up bar.
