CrossFit Veterans

Experienced CrossFitters are welcome to join our group classes at any time. However, it’s important that you have the ability to comfortably perform the following foundational movements seen in a typical CrossFit class:

Air Squat
Overhead Squat
Front Squat
Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Shoulder Press
Push Press
Clean & Jerk
